WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application for Preliminary Plat, Zoning Amendment, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment for Estates of Silver Oaks 2nd Addition on June 1, 2017; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) considered tree preservation, landscape plan, and potential wetland impacts pertaining to the preliminary plat on June 19, 2017; and WHEREAS, on July 6, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended approval of the proposed Preliminary Plat, Zoning Amendment, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, on July 25, 2017, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat, approved the Comprehensive Plan Amendment contingent upon approval by the Metropolitan Council, and introduced an Ordinance to rezone the Subject Property; and WHEREAS, on September 12, 2017, the City Council approved the Final Plat of Estates of Silver Oaks 2nd Addition and adopted Ordinance 917-09 approving a Zoning Amendment related to the Final Plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Sidewalk Agreement for Lot 3, Block 1 and the Density Transition Easement for Lots 1-3, Block 1 Estates of Silver Oaks 2nd and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City contingent upon the following: a) Review and approval as to legal form of both the Sidewalk Agreement and Density Transition Easement by the City Attorney. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 27tn day of February, 2018 ATTEST: Mayor RESOLUTION #18-046 Page 2 of 3
