CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 02/27/2018 <br />By: Chris Anderson, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />4.4. <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution 418-047 Granting a One (1) Year Extension to the Site Plan Approval for National Self Storage, <br />Located at the Northeast Corner of Bunker Lake Boulevard and Ramsey Boulevard (Project No. 16-108); Case of <br />Troy Halverson <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The City Council approved a Site Plan for a self -storage facility in February of 2017. The project is located on two <br />(2) county roads and securing approvals for the access points on Ramsey Boulevard took more time than had been <br />anticipated. Ultimately, developer acknowledged that the project was not going to break ground prior to winter <br />conditions and therefore, postponed construction until the 2018 construction season. Thus, the project will not be <br />completed within the one year timeframe required by City Code.
