<br />Councilmember Johns introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 17-12-311 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEE TITLE TO OUTLOT A, COVENANT MEADOWS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Brookview Estates, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, has, in <br />accordance with the approved plat known as Covenant Meadows, has drafted a Warranty Deed to <br />grant Outlot A, Covenant Meadows to the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan for Brookview Estates from <br />Brookview Estates, LLC on December 1, 2016; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on January 5, 2017; <br />and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the Developer changed the name of the proposed subdivision from <br />Brookview Estates to Covenant Meadows due to a plat titled Brookview Estates already existing <br />within Anoka County; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) considered tree preservation, <br />landscape plan, and potential wetland impacts pertaining to the preliminary plat on February 22, <br />2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />on March 2, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat and tabled action until April; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the Ramsey Parks Commission considered the preliminary plat on March 9, <br />2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, on March 14, 2017, the City Council received an update regarding the <br />preliminary plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat again on April 6, <br />2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary plat of Covenant <br />Meadows on April 25, 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the City Council reviewed and approved the final plat of Covenant Meadows <br />on June 13, 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, as part of the approved Planned Unit Development, the Developer was to <br />convey Outlot A, Covenant Meadows to the City to satisfy the public benefit requirement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
