<br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Douglas-Kerr Underground, <br />LLC for Improvement Project #17-10, Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC in the amount of <br />$399,706.23. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of January 23, 2018. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Sarah Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />rd <br />the 23 day of January 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #18-025 <br />Page 2of 2 <br />
