<br />Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-016 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SKETCH PLAN FOR AFFINITY AT RAMSEY AND <br />DIRECTING DEVELOPER TO PROCEED WITH PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the Inland Group (“Developer”) properly applied for Sketch Plan Review on <br />December 4, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Developer requests confirmation that the general site layout is <br />appropriate for final design. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Sketch Plan for Affinity at Ramsey and <br />directs the Developer to proceed with final design, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a.The Preliminary Plat must be designed according to City Code requirements for <br />Preliminary Plat design per City Code Chapter 117 Article II. <br /> <br />b.The Preliminary Plat must be consistent with the public infrastructure plans <br />prepared by Bolton and Menk on behalf of the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />LeTourneau, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
