<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-017 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING STAFF TO SUBMIT THE 2018 PAY EQUITY REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the State of Minnesota requires submission of a pay equity compliance <br />report every three years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City of Ramsey is committed to ensuring that all jobs will be evaluated <br />and given points according to the level of knowledge and responsibility required to do the job , <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the computer evaluation shows that the City of Ramsey has passed the 2018 <br />pay equity compliance requirement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />1) Motion to adopt resolution #18-017 directing Staff to submit the 2018 Pay Equity Report <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
