<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 18-030 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONTO ACCEPT THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S ANNUAL <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the annual 360 degree Performance Evaluation was completed for the City <br />Administrator; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the results were compiled and the Mayor and City Administrator met to <br />discuss the results of the evaluation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br />Administrator’s performance in closed session on January 9, 2018; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City Council concluded, by consensus, that Mr. Ulrich’s performance <br />meets expectations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , it was the consensus of the City Council to accept Mr. Ulrich’s Performance <br />Evaluation and 2018 Professional Development Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Motion to adopt Resolution #18-030 accepting Mr. Kurt Ulrich's annual Performance <br />Evaluation and 2018 Professional Development Plan. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
