WHEREAS <br /> , the City of Ramsey received an application for Preliminary Plat, Zoning <br />nd <br />Amendment, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment for Estates of Silver Oaks 2 Addition on June 1, <br />2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) considered tree preservation, <br /> <br />landscape plan, and potential wetland impacts pertaining to the preliminary plat on June 19, 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> on July 6, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended approval of the proposed Preliminary Plat, Zoning Amendment, and Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on July 25, 2017, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat, approved the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment contingent upon approval by the Metropolitan Council, and introduced <br />an Ordinance to rezone the Subject Property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on September 12, 2017, the City Council approved the Final Plat of Estates of <br />nd <br />Silver Oaks 2 Addition and adopted Ordinance #17-09 approving a Zoning Amendment related to the <br />Final Plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Sidewalk Agreement for Lot 3, Block 1 and the <br />nd <br />Density Transition Easement for Lots 1-3, Block 1 Estates of Silver Oaks 2 and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City contingent upon the following: <br /> <br /> <br />a)Review and approval as to legal form of both the Sidewalk Agreement and Density Transition <br />Easement by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />LeTourneau, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-046 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
