<br />Councilmember Johns introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-047 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE (1) YEAR EXTENSION TO THE SITE PLAN <br />APPROVAL FOR NATIONAL SELF STORAGE, LLC <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on January 5, 2017, the City received an application and plans from <br />National Self Storage, LLC for Site Plan Review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on February 2, 2017, the Planning Commission reviewed the Site Plan, and <br />recommended that the City Council approve said Site Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on February 14, 2017, the City Council approved the Site Plan for the <br />building expansion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on February 15, 2018 the City received a request for an extension to the <br />Site Plan approval granted to allow the project to be constructed in 2018. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the City Council of the City of Ramsey approves a one (1) year extension to the <br />approval of the Site Plan for National Self Storage LLC (new completion date of <br />February 14, 2019). <br /> <br />2)That any contingencies included in the original Site Plan approval shall be applicable <br />with this extension. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />LeTourneau, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
