<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-033 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR AFFINITY AT RAMSEY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Affinity at Ramsey, LLC hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly <br />applied for site plan approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot Q, Part of Outlot R and West Town Center Drive, Ramsey Town Center <br />Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (Subject Property) <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on December 19, 2017, the City received an application and plans from <br />Affinity at Ramsey, LLC for site plan review for Affinity at Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on November 2, the Planning Commission reviewed a concept plan of the <br />proposed development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on December 12, 2017, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the <br />proposed site plan as a sketch plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on January 4, 2018, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed site <br />plan as a sketch plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on January 9, 2018, the City Council adopted Resolution #18-016 approving <br />the sketch plan; <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on February 1, 2018, the Planning Commission reviewed the site plan for <br />Affinity at Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on February 27, 2018, the City Council reviewed the site plan for Affinity at <br />Ramsey; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey does approve the Site Plan for Affinity at <br />Ramsey, contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated January 25, <br />2018, approval by the City Engineer, and the Developer entering into a Development <br />Agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
