Absent: Chairperson Bauer and Commissioner Nosan. <br /> 5.04: Public Hearing: Ordinance#18-001 Amending Lot Width Requirements for Cul-De- <br /> Sac lots in the R-1 Rural Developing District <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Vice Chairperson VanScoy called the public hearing to order at 7:46 p.m. <br /> Presentation <br /> City Planner Anderson presented the staff report stating the purpose of this case is for the <br /> Planning Commission to review and consider a proposed amendment to reduce the required lot <br /> width standards from 200 feet to 100 feet for lots zoned R-1 Rural Developing and located on a <br /> Cul-De-Sac. Staff discussed the proposed Ordinance in detail and noted a language change <br /> stating the lot width shall be 100 feet at the front yard setback. <br /> Citizen Input <br /> Motion by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Gengler, to close the public <br /> hearing. <br /> Motion Carried.
