Councihnember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-02-043 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME PUBLIC <br />WORKS SECRETARY MARY JO WARNER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mary Jo Warner was hired as a full-time Public Works Secretary for the <br />City of Ramsey and began work on August 6, 2001, subject to a six-month probationary period; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Warner successfully completed her probationary period and her <br />performance was documented by the Director of Public Works; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its February 12, 2002, meeting agreed with <br />the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works Secretary <br />Mary Jo Warner, effective February 6, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works Secretary <br />Mary Jo Warner effective February 6, 2002. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hendriksen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Kurak <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br /> <br />
