Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Sunwood Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on March 7, 2002, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from lot area <br />requirements on the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0604, a variance to the lot area requirements as established in <br />Section 9.20.14 of the Ramsey City Code, is hereby granted for the development of the <br />Subject Property with a maximum of thirty-two (32) multiple family rental units with a <br />total lot area requirement that does not exceed 201,600 square feet. The area requirement <br />per unit will be as established in City Code: single family/10,800 square feet per unit; <br />two family dwelling/13,500 square feet for each 2-unit structure; three family unit/15,000 <br />square feet for each 3~unit structure; four family unit/16,000 square feet for each 4-unit <br />structure; 5+ family units/6,000 square feet per unit. <br /> <br />No building permit shall be issued until the Permittee has signed the variance and <br />reimbursed the City for all costs incurred in processing the application. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Sweet and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt <br />Board Member Johnson <br />Board Member Sweet <br />Board Member Kociscak <br />Board Member Reeve <br />Board Member Watson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Board Member Brauer <br /> <br />Resolution #02-03-073 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
