WHEREAS, on December 18, 2001, the City Council adopted an update of the City <br />Comprehensive Plan that included an expansion of the Metropolitan Urban Service Area <br />boundary to include the Subject Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 4, 2002, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing, <br />on the proposed preliminary plat and recommended City Council approval of same. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 22, 2002, the Ramsey City Council adopted Ordinance #02-02 <br />to rezone the Subject Property from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential and granted <br />preliminary plat approval to the Subject Property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat on February 27, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to River Pines 5th <br />Addition contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated March 7, 2002, <br />and upon completion of a sound study to determine the necessity of Developer installed <br />sound mitigation measures. <br />That this final plat approval is contingent upon the Developer entering into a <br />Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Anderson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-03-076 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
