Councihnember Zimmennan introduced t "~lm~o~-~l~g'r~solution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-03-084 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH MANUFACTURING ACTIVITIES IN THE B-3 HIGHWAY BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT BASED UPON FINDINGS OF FACT #0604A AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jensen Ventures L.P. (Permittee) has properly applied for a conditional use <br />permit (CUP) to operate warehousing activities in a B-3 Highway Business District on the <br />property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />(the Subject Property) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on March 7, 2002, conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That this CUP shall be perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein <br />are complied with. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That manufacturing ultra precision small parts for the medical, tool manufacturing and <br />defense industry shall be permitted on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That manufacturing activities shall be restricted to the existing 11,500 square foot <br />structure located on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That any expansion or enlargement of the subject facility shall require application for a <br />new CUP. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall provide for customer/employee off-street parking in accordance <br />with Ramsey City Code (Section 9.11.13). By September 27, 2002, the Permittee shall <br />install a 1 ½ inch bituminous overlay on the existing pavement. The pavement plan will <br />be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />In the event this CUP is declared void or unenforceable by a court or competent <br />jurisdiction, the other provisions shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />This CUP shall not be considered modified, altered, changed or amended in any respect <br />unless in writing and signed by the City and the Permittee. <br /> <br /> <br />
