Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-03-085 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO WEST RAMSEY INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS, J.R. Land and Cattle Company, hereinafter referred to as the "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section, 19, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the southwesterly property line of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Company property. (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on December 26, 2001, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan for the proposed plat of West Ramsey Industrial Park; and WHEREAS, on January 3, 2001, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan for West Ramsey Industrial Park and recommended proceeding to the preliminary plat stage; and WHEREAS, on January 10, 2002, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the proposed plat of West Ramsey Industrial Park and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with by a cash payment; and WHEREAS, on February 7, 2002 the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat of West Ramsey Industrial Park and recommended that City Council approve the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, on February 26, 2002, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for West Ramsey Industrial Park. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of West Ramsey Industrial Park in accordance with relevant City Codes. 2) That the Developer shall enter into a development agreement with the City for the development of the Subject Property.
