Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-03-085 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO WEST RAMSEY <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, J.R. Land and Cattle Company, hereinafter referred to as the "Developer", <br />has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section, 19, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the <br />southwesterly property line of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad <br />Company property. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 26, 2001, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />sketch plan for the proposed plat of West Ramsey Industrial Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 3, 2001, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan for <br />West Ramsey Industrial Park and recommended proceeding to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 10, 2002, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed plat of West Ramsey Industrial Park and recommended that park dedication be <br />satisfied with by a cash payment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 7, 2002 the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed preliminary plat of West Ramsey Industrial Park and recommended that <br />City Council approve the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 26, 2002, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for <br />West Ramsey Industrial Park. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of West Ramsey Industrial <br /> Park in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />2) That the Developer shall enter into a development agreement with the City for the <br /> development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> <br />
