Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-03-086 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNWOOD TOWNHOMES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ACCAP - Ramsey Townhomes, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has <br />properly applied for final plat approval of the following legally described property located in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the centerline of State <br />Trunk Highway No. 47 and northerly of "Line A" and its extensions described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the centerline of above said State Highway No. 47 <br />distant 1083.00 feet north of the south line of said East Half of the Northwest <br />Quarter as measured along said centerline; thence westerly parallel with said south <br />line of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter to the intersection with the west line <br />of said East Half of the Northwest Quarter; thence northerly along said west line a <br />distance of 757.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of said "Line A" thence <br />easterly parallel with the south line of said East Half of the Northwest Quarter to <br />the centerline of said State Highway No. 47 and said line there terminating. <br /> <br />- or upon recording - <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, SUNWOOD TOWNHOMES, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on December 6, 2001, the City received application for a minor <br />subdivision from ACCAP (Anoka County Community Action Program) for Sunwood <br />Townhomes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on February 7, 2002, <br />and recommended that ACCAP proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on February 14, 2002, and <br />recommended cash to satisfy park dedication requirements and providing the City with an <br />easement for a future trail parallel to T.H. #47; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sunwood Townhomes in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon the Developer entering into a <br /> Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
