1749376 <br /> <br />Board Member Brauer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION//02-05-107 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CUL-DE-SAC <br />LENGTH IN THE PROPOSED PLAT OF ALPINE MEADOWS AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Eighty-Seven, LLC (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from the <br />maximum cul-de-sac length prescribed in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) on the property generally <br />located west of T.H. #47 and south of Alpine Drive N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Outlot A, Brandseth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> Or upon platting and recording: <br /> <br /> Alpine Meadows, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 2, 2002, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum cul-de-sac <br />length requirements on the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0609, a variance to the 600-foot limit on the length of cul-de- <br /> sacs, as established in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) of the Ramsey City Code, is hereby <br /> granted for the development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. The variance allows for a road ending with a temporary cul-de-sac to be constructed up to <br /> a maximum length of 850 feet. <br /> <br />3. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
