Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #02-06-153 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE PONDS 2nd ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Royal Oaks Realty, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following legally described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot B of The Ponds, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Outlots A and B of Wood Pond Hills 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />- or upon recording - <br /> <br />Lots 1-17, Block 1, and Outlots A and B; The Ponds 2nd Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary plat of The <br />Ponds on February 12, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of The Ponds 2nd Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent 'apon compliance with City Staff Review <br />letter dated May 21, 2002 and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with <br />the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Kurak <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br /> <br />
