Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #02-06-154 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO ALPINE MEADOWS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Eighty-Seven, L.L.C. hereinafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlot A, Brandseth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 13, 2002, the City received a sketch plan from the Developer, <br />for a proposed townhouse development called Alpine Meadows; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 4, 2002, the Planni. ng Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 15, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application <br />preliminary plat from the Developer, for a proposed plat called Alpine Meadows; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 7, 2002, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary <br />plat and recommended approval of the plat subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 14, 2002, the City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary <br />plat subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 4, 2002, the City received the final plat application from the <br />Developer for the proposed plat of Alpine Meadows. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Eighty-Seven, L.L.C. <br />for the Alpine Meadows subdivision contingent upon compliance with City Staff review <br />letter dated June 21, 2002 and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement <br />with the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
