Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 02-06-156 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH GATEWAY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sharp and Associates Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision Number 30, according to the map or plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka <br />County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL A: Commencing at a point on the East line of said Lot 1 at a distance of <br />1,295 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence North 67 degrees 47 minutes <br />West a distance of 380.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; <br />thence continue North 67 degrees 47 minutes West on the same described line to a <br />point which is 660.00 feet West of the East line of said Lot 1 as measured parallel to <br />the North line of said Lot 1; thence North and parallel to the East line of said Lot 1 to <br />a point on the Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line of Lot 2 of said <br />AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NUMBER 30; thence Southeasterly on the <br />Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2 to a point which is <br />380.00 feet as measured on a bearing of North 67 degrees 47 minutes West from a <br />point of the east line of said Lot 1, said point being 1,003.00 feet south of the <br />Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence South parallel to the East line of said Lot 1 a <br />distance of 292.00 feet to the point of beginning; for the purpose of this description <br />the East line of said Lot 1 is assumed to bear due North. <br /> <br />PARCEL B: Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Lot 1; thence due South <br />on the East line of said Lot 1 a distance of 603.00 feet; thence North 67 degrees 47 <br />minutes West a distance of 380.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be <br />described; thence West and parallel to the North line of said Lot 1 to a point which is <br />660.00 feet West of the East line of said Lot 1 as measured parallel to the North line <br />of said Lot 1; thence South and parallel to the East line of said Lot 1 to a point on the <br />Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line of Lot 2 of said AUDITOR'S <br />SUBDIVISION NUMBER 30; thence Southeasterly to a point 400.00 feet South of <br />the point of beginning, said distance being measured parallel to the East line of said <br />Lot 1; thence North and parallel to the East line of said Lot 1 a distance of 400.00 <br />feet to the point of beginning; excepting therefrom the North 150.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />PARCEL C: Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Lot 1; thence South on the <br />East line of said Lot 1 a distance of 603.00 feet to the point of commencement of the <br />property herein described; thence continuing in a southerly direction along the East <br />line of said Lot 1, a distance of 400.00 feet; thence North 67 degrees 47 minutes <br />West a distance of 380.00 feet; thence North on a line parallel with the East line of <br /> <br /> <br />
