Together with an easement for roadway, utility and drainage purposes 66 feet in width lying South and immediately adjacent to Line A, hereinafter described, and lying East of Line B, hereinafter described: Line A: Beginning at point on the East line of said Lot 1 distant 462.68 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence West parallel with the North line of said Lot 1 to a point of intersection with Line B. Line B: A line which is parallel to the East line of said Lot 1 and distant 380 feet West of said East line of Lot 1, as measured along a line which bears North 67 degrees 47 minutes West from the East line of said Lot 1. - or upon recording - Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block 1, of Sunfish Gateway; and (Subject Property) WHEREAS, on April 26, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application and subdivision proposal for Sunfish Gateway; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the platting of the Subject Property on June 6, 2002. WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission recommended that the City Council approve the preliminary plat on June 6, 2002; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat on June 25, 2002 for Sunfish Gateway. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sunfish Gateway in accordance with relevant City Codes. 2) The Stormwater Management Fees, Sewer and Water Truck Fees, and Park Dedication Fees were addressed as part of the TIF Agreement between the Developer and the City of Ramsey.
