Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-07-169 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE <br />PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2002 THROUGH JULY 12, 2002 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of July 1, 2002 through July 12, 2002, in <br />the amount of $276,054.56; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br /> authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List <br /> for the period July 1, 2002, through July 12, 2002, in the amount of $276,054.56. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councihnember <br />Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councihnember Kurak <br /> Counci hnember Anderson <br /> Councilmember Hendriksen <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23'" day of July 2002. ~ ~~~~~t~~ <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
