<br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WILDLIFE SANCTUARY
<br />2ND ADDITION.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS~ Oakwood Land Development, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has
<br />properly applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of
<br />Ramsey:
<br />
<br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Wildlife Sanctuary Addition.
<br />
<br />- or upon recording -
<br />
<br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 Block 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14
<br />Block 2; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23,

<br /> WHEREAS, on March 27, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application and
<br />subdivision proposal for Wildlife Sanctuary 2nd Addition from Oakwood Land Development,
<br />Inc.; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, on March 27, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application and
<br />subdivision proposal for Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition from Total Freedom Corporation of
<br />Ramsey; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan proposal for
<br />the platting of Wildlife Sanctuary 2nd Addition and Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition on April 4,
<br />2002; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the sketch plan for
<br />Wildlife Sanctuary 2nd Addition and Wildlife Sanctuary 3ra Addition on April 11, 2002 and
<br />recommended park dedication be satisfied through a cash payment; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission recommended that Oakwood Land
<br />Development Inc, and Total Freedom Corporation of Ramsey proceed to preliminary plat; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plats for
<br />Wildlife Sanctuary 2na Addition and Wildlife Sanctuary 3ra Addition on May 2, 2002; and
