Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #02-07-177 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TOWN CENTER NORTH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 19, 2002, Andrew P. Kociscak and the Menkveld Company, <br />hereafter referred to as "Developers" has properly applied for minor subdivision approval of the <br />following legally described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the North half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly and easterly of PINEVIEW ESTATES 2nd <br />ADDITION, according the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that <br />part of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter lying within the north 33.00 feet thereof. <br />Also, except the south 609 feet of the east 650.00 feet of said North Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter. Also except the south 100.00 feet of the west 100.00 feet of the east 750 feet of <br />said North Half of the Northeast Quarter. Also except the south 100.00 feet of the west <br />100.00 feet of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />The South 200.00 feet of the North 233.00 feet of the East 285.00 feet of the North half <br />of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />Subject to the right-of-way of County Road 56 and subject to other easements of record, <br />if any. <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Town Center North, Anoka County, Minnesota.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developers are proposing to subdivide a 45.02 acre parcel into two lots; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05(2)(a) of City Codes allow for the subdividing of a single <br />parcel to three lots or less to be processed as minor subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as <br />required under Section 9.50.05 (2) of the City Code on July 11, 2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as described in the Development Agreement, the Developers will not be <br />charged Park Dedication, Trail Development, Stormwater Management, and Sewer and Water <br />Trunk fees due to the Developers intent to resubdivide Lot 1, Block 1 of Town Center North; and <br /> <br /> <br />
