Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING <br />NANCY HINRICH <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-07-180 <br /> <br /> THE RESIGNATION OF <br /> <br />ACCOUNTING <br /> <br />CLERK, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nancy Hinrich was hired as a full-time Accounting Clerk and began work <br />on May 20th, 2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Hinrich submitted a letter of resignation on July 19, 2002, effective <br />August 2, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to accept Nancy Hinrich's resignation from the position of <br /> Accounting Clerk; <br /> <br />2) That the effective date of Ms. Hinrich's resignation will be August 2, 2002. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Anderson <br /> Councilmember Kurak <br /> Councihnember Hendriksen <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23''`~ day of July 2002. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
