Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-08-181 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE <br />PERIOD OF JULY 13, 2002 THROUGH AUGUST 02, 2002 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of July 13, 2002 through August 02, 2002, <br />in the amount of $702,126.06; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br /> attthorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List <br /> for the period July 13, 2002, through August 02, 2002, in the amount of $702,126.06. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Counci hnember Kurak <br /> Councilmember Anderson <br /> Coul~cihnember Hendriksen <br /> Councihnember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 13~h day of August 2002. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />.~h.TT ESTz~ / /q. <br /> <br /> <br />
