171771 <br /> <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-08-198 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO DENSITY AND <br />LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS AT 7021 153m~ AVENUE N.W. AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Michael Schelkoph, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly <br />applied for a variance to the 4 units in 40 acres density restriction and the 2.5 acre minimum lot <br />size on the property generally known as 7021 153rd Avenue N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />South Half of South Half of South Half of Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on August 1, 2002~ conducted a public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0625, a variance is hereby granted to the 4 units in 40 acres <br />density restriction and the 10 acre minimum lot size requirement in the R-1 Residential <br />District within the Central Rural Reserve Area as established by Section 9.20.11 of the <br />Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />2. The Permittee shall be permitted to plat the Subject Property into two (2) lots, one of which <br /> shall be at least 2.5 acres in size and the other shall be at least 2.1 acres in size. <br /> <br />3. That any future resubdivision of the property shall be in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />4. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
