1723397 <br /> <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-09-202 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO WILLIAM <br />AND ELIZABETH ERHART AT 4740 154T" LANE N.W. (PERMITTEES) TO <br />CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY <br />LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, William and Elizabeth Erhart (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure <br />closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as <br />4740 154tt' Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 11, Block 1, Stanhope River Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on September 5, <br />2002, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact #0627 a variance to construct a 1,008 square foot accessory <br />structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property <br />is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory structure constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum <br /> setback of 90 feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />3. That no other structures or additions shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in <br /> accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittees shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br />the accessory structure. . .. <br /> <br /> <br />
