o <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the reasons for the excess height on the proposed building <br />is threefold: a) to match the architectural style (Clerestory) of the dwelling on the Subject <br />Property with a 6/12 pitch roof on the front and a 4/12 pitch roof on the back; b) to <br />accommodate an overhead garage door 8 feet in height; c) to accommodate an 18 inch deep <br />floor truss system that eliminates support posts on the interior of the garage. <br /> <br />9. That the Applicant has stated that the detached accessory building will be utilized for <br /> personal storage and will not be used to facilitate a business. <br /> <br />10. That the Applicants have submitted a petition signed by nine (9) neighboring property <br /> owners, stating no objection to the Applicants proposal to exceed height and size restrictions. <br /> <br />11. That the construction of the detached accessory building will comply with all applicable <br /> Uniform Building Codes. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br /> uses. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br /> public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br /> community. <br /> <br />18.
