Counci hnember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-09-238 <br /> <br />RESOIJUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF 6 CPR MANIKANS AND 1 <br />OXIGEN KIT FROM THE EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND NOT TO EXCEED <br />$1,400.00 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends the purchase of replacement CPR Manikins; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff also recommends the purchase of a replacement emergency oxygen <br />kit; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been deten~nined that the manikins and oxygen equiprnent purchases <br />can be fully funded fi'om the Equipment Replacement Fund in an amount not to exceed <br />$1,400.00. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1 ) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorized the purchases of (6) CPR manikins and <br /> (I) emergency oxygen kit from the Equipment Replacement Fund in an amount not to <br /> exceed $1,400.00. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution xvas duly seconded by Councihnember <br />Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councihnember Hendriksen <br /> Councihnember Zimmerman <br /> Councihnember Anderson <br /> Councilmember Kurak <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
