Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-10-254 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CINDI AND <br />MICHAEL HEYING AT 17211 WILLEMITE ST. NW (PERMITTEES) FOR THE <br />FRONT YARD SETBACK AND TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE <br />AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Cindi and Michael Heying (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.20.11 and Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code for the front yard <br />setback and to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property line 'than the principal <br />structure on the property generally known as 17211 Willemite St. NW and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 7, Block 1, Golden Eagle Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public heating on October 3, <br />2002, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact #0632 a variance to the front yard setback and to construct an <br />accessory structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject <br />Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory structure constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum <br /> setback of 33 f~et from the front property line. <br /> <br />3. That no other structures or additions shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in <br /> accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittees shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br /> the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall b6 used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is 'in accordance <br />with City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
