Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-11-292 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME <br />ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN IV MICHAEL McDOWALL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Michael McDowall was hired as a full-time Engineering Technician IV for <br />the City of Ramsey and began work on May 13, 2002, subject to a six-month probationary <br />period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Michael McDowall successfully completed his probationary period and his <br />performance was documented by the Director of Public Works; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its November 12, 2002, meeting agreed with <br />the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full-time Engineering Technician IV <br />Michael McDowall, effective November 13, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Engineering Technician <br />IV Michael McDowall, effective November 13, 2002. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hendriksen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councihnember Kurak <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br /> <br />
