Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-12-309 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF L.P. KEILLOR <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ronald M. and Marilyn F. Canner, Jr., Brian F. and Laurel J. Jones, and <br />Collin W. and Lisa B. Minshull, hereafter referred to as "Developers", have properly applied for <br />final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, <br />Range 24, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of Anoka County Highway Right-of- <br />Way Plat No. 4 with the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; <br />thence north 81 degrees 25 minutes 45 seconds east, along the north line of said Anoka <br />County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 4, a distance of 250.43 feet; thence easterly <br />along a tangential curve concave to the south a distance of 52.31 feet, said curve having a <br />radius of 1952.96 feet and a central angle of 01 degrees 32 minutes 05 seconds; thence <br />north 00 degrees 40 minutes 08 seconds west a distance of 254.05 feet; thence north 27 <br />degrees 02 minutes 25 seconds west a distance of 144.07 feet; thence north 89 degrees 42 <br />minutes 35 seconds west a distance of 236.00 feet; to the west line of said Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence south 00 degrees 40 minutes 08 seconds east, <br />along said west line, a distance of 428.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, L.P. Keillor Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on September 3, 2002, the City received an application from the <br />Developers for a minor subdivision of the Subject Property for the purpose of creating one single <br />family parcel; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 3, 2002, the Planning Commission approved the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Developers proceed to final plat the Subject Property contingent upon <br />obtaining a variance to the setback from the ordinary high water mark of Rogers Lake and a <br />variance to the setback from a major thoroughfare in a shoreland overlay district. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 7, 2002, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing <br />and granted a 100 foot variance to the setback from the Rogers Lake ordinary high water mark <br />and a 10 foot variance to the setback from a major thoroughfare in a shoreland overlay district; <br />and <br /> <br /> <br />
