NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Wurm-Paumen Properties, <br />LLC for the White Oak Addition subdivision in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent <br />upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated December 5, 2002, Anoka County Highway <br />Department review letter dated October 9, 2002, and the Developer entering into a Development <br />Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 10th day of December, 2002. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-12-310 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
