• <br />• <br />Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />(" Subject Property"). <br />RESOLUTION #01 -01 -026 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR <br />A TEMPORARY OFFICE STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Transwest, Inc. has properly applied for an interim use permit for a <br />temporary structure for the purposes of providing additional office space on the property <br />generally known as 6100 Industry Avenue NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Park 67 Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 8, 1999 and July 10, <br />2000, to conduct the public hearing, and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That based on Findings of Fact #0546, an interim use permit for a temporary structure is <br />hereby granted to Transwest, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee ", at 6100 Industry <br />Avenue NW. <br />2) That this permit shall terminate on December 31, 2001. <br />3) That the size, type of construction and placement of the temporary structure shall be in <br />accordance with the one sheet site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />4) That the temporary structure shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code <br />regulation and standards for such structures. <br />5) That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this interim use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by <br />the City, and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit <br />the City to draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br />Furthermore, to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure prior to the expiration <br />date of this permit, the Permit Holder shall maintain a minimum balance of $500.00 in the <br />application escrow account until such time as the permit has expired and/or the temporary <br />structure has been removed from the property. <br />6) That the Permittee shall provide off - street parking on the site for all employees and <br />customers. <br />7) That as a condition of this permit the Permittee shall enter into an agreement with the City <br />for the development and implementation of a screening plan along County Road #116 for <br />
