• <br />Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for it adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #01 -03 -157 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOTS 1 AND 2, GATEWAY NORTH <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 5 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the <br />"TIF Agreement ") with T & G Land, Inc. ( "T &G "), a Minnesota Corporation, on December 19, <br />2000; <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement the land to be conveyed to <br />T &G has been platted as Lots 1 and 2, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 5; and <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated March 12, 2001. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BIT IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 5, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the March 12, <br />2001 Contract for Private Development between the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, and <br />T &G Land, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation and that the City's Mayor and City <br />Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary document to convey said title. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
