City of Ramsey Local Water Supply Plan <br />ti <br />purchased and installed by Ramsey, and Anoka has credited Ramsey <br />for that portion of the equipment owned by Anoka. The construction, <br />equipment, engineering, and other costs are described in Exhibit <br />A attached hereto, as is the portion of the cost charged to Anoka <br />and the credit given by Anoka. Ramsey has furnished Anoka a set <br />of reproducible "as built" drawings of the connection. <br />3. SALE OF WATER. Anoka shall sell, at Ramsey's option, at <br />least one million gallons of water per day through both connections <br />described above, provided however: <br />(a) Anoka may, without notice to Ramsey, reduce or eliminate <br />the amount of water sold to Ramsey in the event of a <br />catastrophic event or emergency circumstance which causes an <br />extraordinary demand for water within Anoka. The existence <br />of any such catastrophic event or emergency circumstance shall <br />be determined in the sole discretion and judgment of Anoka. <br />(b) Commencing upon and after January 1, 2000, Anoka may, <br />upon nine months' written notice, reduce or eliminate the <br />amount of water sold to Ramsey <br />4. WATER CONSERVATION. Ramsey agrees, with regard to its <br />customers drawing water from Anoka, to implement water conservation <br />and water restriction regulations similar to those imposed by Anoka <br />on its water customers. <br />5. COMPENSATION. <br />(a) Ramsey shall pay Anoka for water supplied pursuant <br />to this agreement according to the following schedule: <br />That standard industrial rate charged by Anoka to its <br />industrial customers from time to time (currently 85 cents per <br />1,000 gallons) plus an additional monthly charge, based on the <br />high usage day of each month, in the following amounts: <br />$150.00 if the high usage day of the month is less than <br />250,001 gallons. <br />3 <br />88 April 7, 2017 <br />
