Staff has completed an initial draft <br />of all Chapters, but not all are complete and ready to publish for review. These documents are still in draft format. <br />The focus has been organization and content. The document will be formatted into a final design prior to final <br />approval. <br />Note: by consensus at their March 27 Regular Meeting, the City Council asked that the following changes be made <br />to be more consistent with the City Council's Strategic Plan (3 Year Organizational Plan): <br />• Key Goals/Themes Amended as Follows: <br />• A Balance of Rural Character and Urban Development <br />• An Active Community <br />• A Connected Community <br />• Smart, Citizen -Focused Government <br />• Financial Stability <br />• In order to keep focus on priority on Highway 10 and Future Mississippi River Crossing as well as concerns <br />about true impact, remove tactic to consider a Rum River Crossing connecting to the City of Anoka. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required at this stage.
