Even before the snow clears, the City is preparing <br />Ramsey City Council for the 2018 Election <br />At-Large Seat, as well as the Councilmem- <br />ber Ward 1 and Councilmember Ward 3 <br />of the Ramsey Resident highlights our most popular spring events such <br />seats will be voted in for the regular term of <br />as recycling day, summer recreation programs, the annual animal clinics, <br />four (4) years.
