the Council feels they have received enough information regarding the petition they can adopt <br />the findings of fact relating to the issue. <br /> <br />Motion was withdrawn. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if the $150,000 City contribution for the extension of <br />sanitary sewer lines had been increased since the last meeting. <br /> <br />Principal City Engineer Olson replied that the figure has always been $150,000. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon presented a resolution regarding findings of fact indicating that an <br />EAW does not need to be conducted, for Council consideration. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired if they should add a finding regarding the Hakanson Anderson letter. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich recommended that a finding be added as follows: "That the City <br />Council adopts the contents of the letter dated October 18, 2002 drafted by Hakanson Anderson <br />responding to the citizen petition." <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adopt Resolution <br />#02-10-275 adopting Findings of Fact #0635 and making a determination that an-environmental <br />assessment worksheet (EAW) does not need to be conducted for the development known as <br />Villas of Meadow Point as amended by the City Attorney and handed out on the blue sheet of <br />paper by staff at the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Kurak, and Anderson. <br />Voting No: Councilmembers Hendriksen, and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adopt Resolution <br />#02-10-276 approving preliminary plat contingent on the following items. <br /> <br />1. The applicant complying with City staff review letter dated August 20, 2002, revised <br /> September 20, 2002, revised October 4, 2002, revised October 18, 2002. <br />2. The applicant receiving site plan approval of the two-unit townhomes. <br />3. Language being inserted in the Development Agreement that define the financial <br /> responsibilities between the City and the developer regarding extension of sanitary sewer <br /> trunk lines, which has been defined as a, b, c, and d on pages 301 and 302 of this agenda. <br />4. The applicant complying with Anoka County Highway Department review letter dated <br /> October 21, 2002. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
