Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-082 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT OVER A <br />PORTION OF LOT 4, BLOCK 3 WOODLANDS 4TH ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, on May 9, 2017, U.S. Home Corporation, db nnar (the "Developer") <br />received final plat approval for Woodlands 4th Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization (LRRWMO) <br />approved a permit for Woodlands 4th Addition contingent upon enlarging a drainage and utility <br />easement on Lot 4, Block 3 to comply with the Wetland Conservation Act regarding mitigation <br />wetlands; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has prepa . hibit and D tion for an <br />additional eight and a half feet (8.5') of drainage ment to satisfy t e LRRWMO <br />condition. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOED BY THE C OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA a., ollows: <br />1) That the Ramsey CitrMuncil hereby accepts thlWrainage and Utility Easement from the <br />Developer over a portion of t 4, Block 3 Woodlands 4th Addition as shown in Exhibit A. <br />w <br />The motion for th adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, an n vote being take thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: W� <br />and the following abstaiNd: <br />and the follging were abs <br />Easeme <br />tilit <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 24th day of April, 2018. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
