Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-088 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR ANOKA <br />HENNEPIN SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council previously approve a plat and site plan for an additional <br />elementary school to be constructed by the Anoka Hennepin School District No. 11; and <br />WHEREAS, a contingency of said approval was to enter into a development agreement to <br />ensure the timely construction of required site improvements, payment of applicable inspection <br />fees, and payment of applicable development fees. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br />1) The City Council of the City of Ramsey approves the development agreement for the <br />Anoka Hennepin School District. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />24th day of April, 2018. <br />Mayor <br />
