Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-085 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RUM RIVER PRAIRIE <br />WHEREAS, Rum River Prairie, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for <br />Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />S 1/2 of the NE'/4 of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan for Rum River Prairie from Rum River <br />Prairie, LLC on October 2, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) reviewed the sketch plan on <br />October 16, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on November 2, 2017; and; <br />WHEREAS, on February 1, 2018, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed preliminary plat and variance and recommended approval of the preliminary plat <br />and approved the requested variance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Rum River Prairie on February <br />27, 2018. <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant submitted an application for Final Plat approval on March 19, 2018; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council considered the Final Plat request on April 24, 2018. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />and, <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Rum River Prairie in accordance <br />with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with the Staff Review Memos. <br />b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />c) City Engineer approval of construction plans. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />
