City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:04 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Strommen. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Board and Commission Member Oath of Office <br />Mayor Strommen administered a ceremonial Oath of Officer to new Commissioners Matt <br />Woestehoff and Laura Moore. She noted that Mr. Woestehoff will join the Planning <br />Commission and Ms. Moore will join the Environmental Policy Board. She thanked all the <br />residents of Ramsey that choose to share their time and skills with the City. <br />2.02: Police Incident Update <br />Police Chief Katers stated that late yesterday the City received an online threat to a preschool. <br />He noted that it was never a specific threat to any school in Ramsey or the outside community <br />but a vague threat. He stated that officers investigated the threat and interviewed the individual. <br />He noted that it was a vague threat and there was no means or credibility and the individual does <br />City Council / April 9, 2018 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />
