Councilmember <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />RESOLUTION #18-063 <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE WSB & ASSOCIATES TO COMPLETE AN <br />UPDATE TO THE COR AUAR <br />WHEREAS, the an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) was completed <br />for the Ramsey Town Center in 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, AUARs are valid for five (5) years; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey completed an update to the AUAR in 2013 and <br />said update will expire in July of 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey desires to ensure continuous coverage for <br />environmental review by completing another update to the AUAR; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has received a quote from WSB & Associates to <br />complete an update to the AUAR. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes WSB & Associates to complete <br />an update to The COR AUAR in accordance with the quote dated March 8, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24th day of April, 2018. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
