An application was submitted during the last <br />solicitation for the Mississippi Skyway project. The previous submittal will form the basis of the new <br />application. <br />We will review the previous application scoring summary that was distributed by the Metropolitan <br />Council and make recommendations for improving this year's submittal. We will work with the City in <br />preparation of the new application by reviewing the previous application text, and making sure the City is <br />taking advantage of any new scoring criteria changes. We will also work with the City in obtaining <br />updated letters of support and in updating any of the visual attachments to the application. <br />Ashley Hudson, Transportation Planner & Landscape Designer, will be Bolton & Menk's key contact for <br />the project. Ashley works closely with Eric Johnson and Angie Bersaw, and is currently assisting them <br />with the City's TH 10 planning study. Ashley's resume is attached for reference. <br />We estimate the assistance will be between 30 and 50 hours, depending upon the actual services requested <br />and provided. Ashley's current rate is $105/hour. For budgeting purposes, we propose a Not -to -Exceed <br />fee of $5,000.
