CONSENT AGENDA Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to approve the following items on the Consent Agenda as amended. Further discussion: Councilmember Zimmerman inquired as to why the square footage was being increased for the Verizon Wireless permit. City Engineer Olson explained that during the discussion of the lease agreement, one Councilmember requested that a fence be constructed around the equipment, which increased the amount of space necessary to lease. Councilmember Anderson inquired if the lease payment was going to be the same for the larger area. City Attorney Goodrich replied that the payment was increased. 1) Schedule Public Hearing for Business Subsidy Agreement with Panther Investments 2) Receive Report of Pooled Cash Flows Period Ended September 30, 2002 3) Receive Building Permits Approved for August 2002 and September 2002 and Year to Date 4) Approve Modification of Conditional Use Permit for Verizon Wireless 5) Adopt Resolution #02-10-260 Approving Cash Disbursements Made and Authorizing Payment of Accounts Payable Invoicing Received During the Period of September 14, 2002 through September 27, 2002 6) Adopt Resolution #02-10-261 Authorizing Partial Payment in the Amount of $30,190 to Braun Built Corporation for Substantial Completion on the City Hall Remodeling Project.
