ORDINANCE NO. 04-48 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 2 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE "COUNCIL, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS" CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.03 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH SECTION IS ENTITLED "BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS/' The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY - Tile following official summary of Ordinance #04-48 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #04-48 to amend Chapter 2 (Council, Boards and Commissions) of the Ramsey City Code to establish an Environmental Quality Board. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE - This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication according to law, subject to CRy Charter Provision, Section $.04.
