SU~ Arv~ The following official summary of Ordinance #05-01 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent · and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of ordinance #05-01 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land), Section 9.11 (Performance Standards) to add standards for model homes, temporary real estate offices, and construction trailers/field offices. SECTION 2. J~FFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirb~ (30) days afl[er its passage and publication, subiect to City Charter Section .5.07.
